Minglewood Designs is an ecological planning and design studio that collaborates with residential, commercial and institutional clients. We work in a highly collaborative process to design and build communities, homes and landscapes that are resource-efficient, regionally-appropriate and enhance the environmental character of the land.

We are a mindful group of ecologists, planners, landscape architects, architects, artists, stone masons, builders and contractors devoted to the physical and cultural needs of home and landscape. Our projects focus on people, the environment and their interconnectedness. We commit a strong ethic of sustainability to our work, developing solutions that protect and enhance natural resources such as soil, water, vegetation and wildlife habitat. Our design solutions incorporate local, native, energy-efficient and green-building materials and we use innovative construction techniques that result in elegant, low-maintenance and high-quality finished products.
